Eliot Dill Awarded on Last Day as Lifeguard

Back in 2004, about a year before I was set to graduate college, I decided that it would be best for my career and future if I got an internship over the summer instead of working at the local pool and beach as a head lifeguard, as I had done the previous 5 years. On my last day, I was surprised and humbled by my boss with the piece of paper below.

Last Day on Job Eliot Dill

Given to me by my immediate supervisor on my last day of work.
